As an Integrative counsellor I can integrate a range of approaches to help you achieve your goals. These include CBT, psychodynamic, solution-focused, TIST (Trauma-Informed Stabilisation Treatment). If these terms aren't familiar to you...what I do is provide the space and support for you to deal with the issues that are stopping you from living the life you want to live.
