Counselling for Young People

The pressures experienced by young people today can be overwhelming and it can be hard for them to open up to others and to articulate their thoughts and feelings.

I have extensive experience of working with young people between the ages of 11 and 18 and supporting them through crisis points in their lives. Issues I commonly work with are: anxiety, depression, self-harm, bereavement, trauma, abuse, relationships, family issues, self-esteem, eating disorders and stress.

I can use talking therapy or more creative approaches, depending on the age and need of the young person.
